New 1x Tartan red dress with ruffle collar handmade* w/ lace hem

This dress is hand made, I made this dress. The dress is so pretty, the model is not a size 16 but the model is not, thats why it appears too big. Measurements: 25” pit to pit 41” shoulder to hem 26” waist The hem comes up on the sides which is so cute, and has lace trim. The collar is spectacular!
