Never worn new North Face Slippers women's size 9-9.5 or Medium or mens 7-7.5

These are like a cloud! I loved these so much on a friend, I bought them immediately. Unfortunately, I need more support. I have to put inserts in all of my shoes and was in denial. I put brand new wool arch pads in (you could peel them out if not wanted, but I do think they give a bit more stability).
