Never worn still has the tags! This dress is hard to explain! Open back with 2 ties, one at the top which also functions as a boob lift, and the bigger tie for the rib size. Breast size varies. Super sexy! Underneath the skirt part is a body suit bottom. So your legs are exposed. There are 3 buttons on the bottom. See picture. I cancelled my vacation during the summer so I didn’t wear it 🙃
