brand new, never worn with tags black tye dye petite medium dress. this dress is made from INC it has a fantastic tapered shape to glide over curves. this dress is a v neck in the front and back. there are stud details on the front of the dress that goes from the chest towards the knees. there is stretch in the hips and the chest. this is a great maxi dress for the beach theme party. happy shopping!!!
