Never worn Burgundy mother of the bride high low dress

My mom bought this for a wedding and never ended up wearing it. Belt was added and price tag shown is for the belt only (doesn’t include cost of dress)! Dress with the belt is valued around $400 from David’s bridal. No alterations made other than adding the belt and removable modesty panel on the back so yes you can wear a bra! Belted waist: 16”
