Never been worn—Frame and partner dress

Stunning dress. Literally never been worn! Received 5 weeks ago. Simply doesn’t fit my body well (Im 5 ft/have a really short torso) and unfortunately I missed the return window. Customized dress (took 8 weeks to make). Maxi slip dress featuring a draped neckline, a single draped shoulder, and a low back. The straight skirt features a side split and an invisible zip closure.
