Is this a L in womens sizing? How is the condition?

@cleanincloset3 I think it’s more true to size to women’s sizing, but I’ve seen them labeled before as unisex. It’s a “loose” fit style-wise, but it has the sizing of a more fitting hoodie meant for women, not men. It’s never been worn, so in mint condition, but has no tags.
