waist measures 38 inches( very little stretch to waist!)*38 " is usually a size 18 so if u typically wear a size 16 they should fit*. -slits in front of legs ..super cute!inseam 24" ** (((noticed a stain on back of leg when I bought nwt and had to wash so took tag off )))** STAIN mostly gone in wash..will post pics of the small remaining stain**
