Never Used Nintendo switch

Brand new Nintendo switch, my son received two, one no longer works this one he has only charged and turned on, never used. No scratches no dents. No charger included. If anyone knows how to refurbish I have a second one that no longer turns on when you charge it can give very cheap price for second one
