This is a dress I bought from the Middle East but never wore. It is very cute just never found the right time to wear it! It is high low and has a piece underneath so it's not sheer. I imagine it with an outfit seen in the first photo! It does have a stretchy band so it's adjustable to any body! Also the belt is a little worn down although I never wore it.
