what size would you say this best fits? any stains or damage?

@cristi_6 No stains or tears, just wrinkled. Excellent pre-owned condition. Waist is approx 20”. Length from the shoulder is 61”. PTP is adjustable in the back. I’ve got it at 19” as that fits me best. Hope that helps.
