sherrybarbaro When I first put this item in my cart it showed a shipping promo discount of $3.98, but when I was ready to check out on the final page the discount had disapeared.

sherrybarbaro I’m confused by your response. I don’t think I intentionally made a counter offer but I’m happy to honor the offer of $15. if indeed I inadvertently made that offer. Is it possible someone else made the offer? Because my profile does not show these mugs under my recent purchases. I’m sorry I missed out if someone else purchased them.
