Question- would this be for snorkeling or is this a weight loss vest? And 4xl is like a size 14/16; I am short so possibly it would be good?

@becky_guthrie this is for weight loss. it fit me and I wear a size 22 womens but it has velcro to adjust size. I'm very tall and that's reason for selling it to short for me
