Neon pink cut out mini dress 💅

I got this dress for a friend’s bach and it was SO amazing! I just don’t really have any other occasions to wear it for. Super stretchy material. One shoulder with cut out. Ruched bottom that can be adjusted by loosening or tightening the tie at the bottom. Back is the same as the front.
