Neon pink cold shoulder blouse

Super stylish and timeless piece I have from Charlotte Russe. It’s so great for going out and I love it so much but need to re circulate my closet. It’s a chiffon material and the color is neon pink. It’s true to size small. Love it so much and hope it goes to a new great home
