Neon green Tutu Tulle Skirt - sz 20-26 Plus

This 100% polyester skirt is PERFECT for when you need to channel some sicko version of Cyndi Lauper in the neon 80s. I wore this skirt and the FRANKIE SAY RELAX shirt in pix to a Duran Duran concert a few years ago. I recommend. (Check out my closet for the shirt with a big discount if you bundle) There's a poly satin lining under the tulle. The lining is approximately 13" in length. Pull-on with elastic waistband. It was sold as sizes "20-26 Plus" NOTE: the skirt is not actually vintage from the 80s. But the vibes are :)
