Neon dress

Casual with some flare! So cute and only worn a handful of times. Only thing is I can’t remember exactly where I got it. It’s either lularoe or forever21. I had to cut the tag out cause it made me itch but I do know it’s a large but I have worn it when I was a size medium and it looked just as cute. The material is absolutely heavenly, so soft and it’s in perfect condition.
