Neon Buddha skirt pencil style elastic waistband

Reposhing this item I purchased. Loved it, but never got the chance to wear it. It’s a olive /tan color with elastic waist and measurement is 15” across the front. 6% spandex and mostly cotton. Excellent condition. Please use buy now option and bundle with another item for a discount offer!
