Nelly de Grab Green and Brown Garment

Very vintage NY designer Nelly de Grab 2 piece sleeveless fitted laden green velvet top with matching floral printed full skirt; side zipper and one side pocket. Features green and brown colors and a stiffened ( starched) skirt that features unusual gold metallic embossing of the brown flowers. Most unusual. In excellent possibly never worn condition.Circa 1930’s to 40’s. Measurements; waist on skirt a bit over 26 inches wide. Length of skirt from waist to hem is 27 and I/2 inches long. Waist of green velvet top =29 inches and chest =36 inches. There is an inch and 1/2 seam rip on right underarm but easily fixable . Shown in last photo. A true vintage treasure and size is maybe = to an 8 or 10 today. No size or fabric labels. I think cotton velvet top and skirt likely cotton too but stiffened with starch so the fullness shows.Could not find much info on NellydeGrab so her legacy in the fashion world may be rare
