This is a fun, sparkly sweater with really unique design elements. There are zippers on each side and you can wear them zipped pretty high for a higher neckline or partially unzip them and have one or both shoulders exposed. The sleeves also have a unique, slightly belled design. It is new with tags and was made by a local Oregon designer who showed numerous collections at fashion shows and sold at local boutiques.
