Neiman Marcus size 4 ruffled skirt

Black and white polka dot skirt. Soft polyester fabric that moves as you walk and is no iron. Looks great with a cropped top. Zipper was replaced, as shown, but works fine. This skirt is too high quality and fashionable not to have a new owner. No longer fits me. Smoke free home.
