Neiman Marcus cattiva Black Drape Dress

This dress looks like a two-piece-but it is all connected as one. By cattiva for Neiman Marcus size 10. Solid black, 100% polyester material (looks chiffon) with sheer 3/4 sleeves and ruffle edges. A front large black rosette with same ruffle edges, key hole back closure with hook/eye, slips over head/all lined. Bust 31"/Armpit-to-Armpit 19"/Waist 36"/Hips 38"(ALL measurements are from inner dress area-not the outside overlay part-so it only gives a little bit). This inner area is like a sheath design fitting and is worn straight down or a little loose. The top part covers this and fits loosely flowing-hence the ruffle edges. A video was made to show full effect and show the lathe rosette in front. Sheer sleeves are sheer and 21" long.
