Measures approx. 23" from my non-smoking home...19" sleeves(measured underarm seam to end)..26 1/2" long from shoulder. Measurements taken flat. Gently worn..no real flaws noted but this isn't new..if you go over it carefully you will find tiny things that tell you it has been pre-enjoyed. From my non-smoking home. C
