Neiman Marcus Cashmere//Mink trim black sweater, pre-owned XS

This is a black Neiman Marcus 100%Cashmere sweater with three bands of real mink fur wrapping around the lower part of sleeve before the ribbed cuff at the end. The cashmere is a lighter weight and soft. The label states that the origin of the natural fur mink dressing is Denmark. The care label indicates to professionally dry clean. I do not believe I ever wore the sweater except to try it on, and it has been in my closet ever since. I would consider the sweater in very good condition but did note some slight pilling on top of shoulder area and under armpit. This puzzled me since I did not wear but perhaps there was some rubbing on the hanger or from adjacent hanging clothes. Upon inspection, I also notice a small hole in the back below the back tag area. One can only notice if pulling material a bit taut in the area. I tried to show this while slightly pulling sweater and putting a limegreen piece paper below the area at issue (see photo). I also supply some photos w/an error and without pulling material taut. Some measurements appeR in photos. Sleeve length is appx 20 inches measured from the armpit. The sweater is stored in my nonsmoking home.
