knitnat @aubreysp1cola They say Shepard mix. Looks like a lab, ridgeback. Had him DNA tested and they say one set of grandparents were pitbulls. They mention terriers mixed w larger breed dogs? Idk but he is awesome!😇

michelleuhl I would love to become a posh ambassador and I just linked my account to my Pinterest. When I find something I ❤️, I share it there and to followers. But I’m not getting credit for the Pinterest shares. Suggestions?

aubreysp1cola @michelleuhl ahh I understand! Yeah I have the same thing going on... I don’t really share on Pinterest anymore because I feel like you get more exposure sharing here because of the community differences. Unfortunately, you can’t do anything about it. Sorry 😕 wish I could do something but I have the same problem too!

aubreysp1cola @stacyselvidge Hi! That’s a great question. To do this, scroll to the bottom of your closet and share ONLY the available listings while going back to the top. Refresh your closet and the listings you have sold will be at the bottom!

gaiacoco1228 I’m new to Posh, only about a week and a half. I have over 2k followers and a ton of shares and likes but have only sold one thing. Is it normal for it to take awhile to start selling? Would you mind checking out my page and giving me some suggestions? Thanks!!!

aubreysp1cola @gaiacoco1228 Hi! Yes, it is perfectly normal for “business” to start out slow. It took me almost 6 months for things to take off. Another thing to take into consideration is that this is a slow time of the year. Typically the fall and winter will be when you make the most sales. As for your closet, you are doing amazing!

Really, the only tip I can give you is to share your listings daily (which is really tough sometimes) and maybe mass-follow on the weekends. I’ve found that really helps generate some sales. doubledoxie I feel like this is such a dumb question, but how do you make these “ads”? I see a lot of people have them but I don’t see a way to design them in the interface. I’m assuming you’re doing them off-line in maybe a word document, then taking a picture and uploading as though you were starting a new sale item? Just wondered if there was something I was missing in the Poshmark site. Thank you so much!

aubreysp1cola @carouselk Hi! That’s actually a great question. You’re right, all you do is upload a picture as if it were a sale. Typically, “ads” like this will come up in a Google search, and you can screenshot and use them, or even better, create your own! Cover images for things like follow games or closet sales can typically come from a search and you can use them. I hope that helps!

aubreysp1cola @gigi0510 hi! You can offer discounts on specific items. You can choose to lower the price only for likers, or if you edit the price of the listing it will lower for everyone. Something else you can do is offer a bundle discount. As of right now, there is no way to lower prices of a category in your closet, but if you do it individually, I’ve found I get quite a few sales from that! I hope that helps (let me know if that didn’t clear things up) and you have a GORGEOUS closet!!!

aubreysp1cola @gigi0510 (2/2) If I’m desperate to get rid of an item, I’ll make a private bundle offer to them, but usually if they add only one item to a bundle, they aren’t serious about buying. It’s usually best to wait and see if they add more to it or end up buying it. Hope that helps too! Let me know 😊

If I follow someone and share my closet to my followers, do my followers followers see them or just my followers I’m thinking? Is there a way to share whole closet at one time? When you say share items daily do you mean to your followers? I try to do some of the parties too. Many thanks!

aubreysp1cola @cak1956 (1/2) Hi! That’s actually a great question! It’s very hard to be choosy about who you follow just because there are SOO many people to follow, but I like to start by following Posh Ambassadors in the “find people” section of the app because they are known for having good sharing stats! I tend to follow their followers as well.

aubreysp1cola @cak1956 (2/2) When you share your closet (or anybody else’s) it goes to your feed as well as your follower’s feed. As of right now, there is not a way to share your entire closet at once to your follower’s feeds, but you can copy a link of your closet to share on other social media sites. When you share your own listings though, you can sometimes share them exclusively to a party or only to your followers. Thank you for your compliments and I hope that helps? Just let me know!

aubreysp1cola @cak1956 To answer your last question, when you first list an item, it does go to your follower’s feed, but every time you share that item it will reappear at the top of the feed!

aubreysp1cola @cak1956 Hi! That’s okay and yes I do mean the general news feed. Also if you click on the “Feed” button and click the top right corner, there is a list of Posh Ambassadors. Just pick one, click on their followers, and follow them! I’ve found I get a lot of exposure that way. As for the fall thing, it is quite interesting that I make more sales then, maybe it’s the back-to-school thing! Let me know if that clears things up or not! 😊

aubreysp1cola @rlendore Hey there! All you have to do is submit an application that you can find on the Poshmark site. I believe it is a Google form. Now that Poshmark is as popular as it is, I will say it takes a LONG time to hear back from Poshmark about when you get to host! (1/2)
