The Cotton Stretch Meadow Skirt has a simple waistband that is close to the body. This skirt features a ruched all over detail and is mini-mid length above the knee. The ruched detail is adjustable, hike it a bit higher or lower. Made from 95% cotton/5% Spandex Both items are incredibly soft and stretchy.
