The pendant has a beautiful oval shape sparkly pink color gemstone that we believe is a lab created cubic zirconia or sapphire set in highly ornate filigree cut out sterling, the chain is purity hallmarked sterling and is made in Italy, 22.3 grams precious metal and stone. This statement accent pendant necklace is in good to excellent pre owned clean condition with some minor use wear on the metal, the lobster clasp closure functions properly, may have some tarnish which is removable.
