Necklace and earrings set- flowers and blue gems

I received these as a gift years ago but they are just not my style. Hardly worn. Gifter claimed they were white gold- I am no jeweler so buyer beware this is unconfirmed! My guess is they are plated or something like that. They have not tarnished in my years of owning. I’m not sure what the stone is but it’s a beautifully cut gem of turquoise color. The necklace rests around your collar bone when worn. Imported from Spain, I believe, crafted by a small Etsy business according to the gifter.
