Necessary Objects Artsy Statement Strapless Dress

Very good condition. Wonderful paint unique statement dress. Bubble skirt. Strapless. Wore to a sorority formal once and got tons of compliments. No size tag but I would say 4/S. Great for formals, dances, parties, and weddings. Homecoming dress. Bust: 31"-33.5" around (its stretchy and hard to measure because of the shape) For reference, I am 32B/C now and it is big on me without a padded bra. In 1st picture I am wearing a bombshell (& was up a cup size) and in 2nd a regular bra &holding back.
