This windbreaker is not the slick kind, it's more matte. If you look at the 3rd photo, you can see a subtle pattern in the fabric. The fabric content is 92% polyester, 8% spandex. The length from the back of the neck to the hem is approx. 30"; the width across the back at the underarms is approx. 23.5. The sleeves measure approx. 21.5" long at the underarm seam.
