This is a Navy and Cream line pattern dress that has never been worn before. It is from Forever21. There are 7 white buttons that go down the dress that can be undone. The dress has never been worn before. There are two small white linen strings coming from the back bottom of the dress that is shown in the picture. It is barely seen.
