Navy officer belt - Antique

WW1 naval officer leather belt and buckle, well stored in good condition (would not recommend wearing as it is around 100 years old) I have taken it to several military memorabilia professionals to verify that this appears to be genuine and authentic in its age and markings, however I did not take it to be officially appraised because it is over an hour away. Price for its unique features and natural patina.
