This beautiful pencil skirt is in great shape! The tag says 3XL but I'd say it fits more like an XL. The buttons down the front are not functional but they provide a fun detail. It hits me just below the knees and the slit is not too high in the back. Approximate measurements laying flat: 18 inch waistband. 21.5 inch hips. 29 inch length.
