Navy chiffon dress

I bought this from another Posher, who had worn it once. It’s a size 2 but seems to run small. It was a tad small on me. Not worn by me other than to try it on. Great condition. I’m so sad it doesn’t fit. Would be perfect for a spring or summer wedding. Chiffon overlay, navy strapless/halter layer underneath. With pockets!
