Navy cardigan

Super soft, slubby cotton short sleeve cardigan. Ruffled edge from top of shoulder around to the front of the opening and down to hem. Single hook and eye closure at bust. What looks like spots on the back is just the flash bouncing off a place where it got pushed into something in my closet. Smoke free pet free unscented home.
