Navy blue stretch w/ lace overlay dress

This was my go-to dress for weddings last year! Stretchy underlay and stretch-lace overlay with scallop detail on the sleeves and the bottom. It has a scoop neck on one side and v-neck on the other, and it can be worn either way! Pairs well with brown leather wedges.
