Navy blue sleeveless tiered dress

I just bought this dress and ordered two sizes (an xxs and xs). I thought the return policy was 30 days instead it’s 21 so I am unable to return it. I have never worn it and the tags are still on it! I am keeping the xxs it’s so cute! This xs is just too big for me
