Navy blue prom dress with a sequin top

Never worn brand new navy blue prom dress but the tag was ripped off! This dress is a high to low type of cut, has adjustable spaghetti straps, a cute mesh cut out in the chest area, and gold/navy blue sequins throughout the top!
