Navy blue knee length cocktail dress

So cute, bought for an event but ended up not going and never wore the dress. It's a size 14 but fits multiple sizes because it ties in back. I was a size 10 when I bought it. Adjustable lined halter on top if you couldn't tell so no need for a bra since you are fully supported and covered by the molded "cups"
