Navy blue homecoming dress

Sparkly, navy blue dress. Has straps that tie behind neck. Has a slight sweetheart neckline. Top half of dress is ruffled. From the waist down, the dress has a layered design. The bottom half of the back of the dress is straight, not layered like the front. The front of the dress goes down a few inches above the knee, and the back of the dress goes down a few inches below the knee. Only worn once. In great condition! NO TRADES!
