Navy blue and white dress

This is a mostly navy dress with a white strip of fabric along the front part of the skirt. It leads to a slit in the skirt that is quite stylish. The neckline is between a crew neck and boatline neckline. The bottom of the hem comes above the knee. The shell is 95% polyester and 5% spandex, so it is stretchy and has some give for movement. The lining is 100% polyester. It is in great condition.
