Beautiful navy blue and red flower summer dress! Material is comfortable, light and looks like new. I loved this dress and received so many compliments-just doesn’t fit anymore. It has spaghetti shoulder straps and also sleeves that drape over shoulders. There is a button that closes around the front chest area.
