Navy blue and black silk color block halter dress

From boutique designer Douchanglee (Stephane Dou). Elegant and sophisticated halter dress. Very unique as the black part at the bottom is silk. Worn twice and there are some minor pulls and stains (last two photos) but really not noticeable at all.
