Navy blue Kaelin track pants

Navy blue Kaelin track pants. The outer navy blue shell has no visible issues, but the inside white lining has some pilling throughout. These pants may be vintage, but I'm unsure. The pants have an elastic waist and a drawstring on the inside. Both ankles have 6 1/2 inch zippers. measurements: waist: 11 1/2 inches across (23-inch waist) inseam: 27 1/2 inches
