@karastefanson it is an elastic wasteband and it is very stretchy. pit to pit is 15 inches but the entire dress does have a little stretch as a whole as well.

@karastefanson you can certainly stretch it pit to pit, just not as much as waist as it doesnt have the elastic band there.
