Navy and white stripped dress with red belt

This Forever 21 navy and white stripped dress is perfect for any parties celebrations or just any day wear this spring! Size large and has a red belt that you can adjust to fit your waist how you'd want it to! The material is a little thicker then you'd expect, but it doesn't make the dress heavy. I am 5foot exactly and this dress ends an inch or so below my knees.
