Navy and white stripe button up from RAILS. Size Extra Small.

This item is 100% Rayon. It is practically new, worn maybe twice. Size extra small but would fit someone who is regularly a small as it fits slightly generous. There are a couple dots on the inside of the collar/front pocket as well as two on the back from humidity, not very noticeable but will come out with the right product.
