Navy and cream banquet dress

Size 1( not an option on select size so listed as 0)Only worn once. No rips or tears. Straps did not come with dress, I made them and sewed them on. They can easily be removed without harming the dress. I can remove them before shipping if you wish. 1 small layer of netting underneath so not too puffy.
