Navy and Silver Evening Gown Size 16 - NEEDS LOVE

Is there a women out there who is a size 14-16 and wants this huge bargain, knowing a bit of work needs to go into this gown to bring it back to new? I’ve worn this dress twice, but, after having it a part of my wardrobe through probably four moves, it’s got thread hanging out here and there and probably half a dozen jewels that need to be hand shored up and attached on the other side, as they are hanging by just one side. This is from the highest end of the AP collection. I paid $280. HUGE bargain for you to wear to your next big event after putting some love into it! Item comes from a home with a dander-free dog and was bagged immediately after photographing.
