Navy Velvet Jacket

Beautiful Saks Fifth Avenue soft velvet jacket with mandarin collar. Feels like a silk velvet, but that tag is missing. Fully lined - lining is in perfect condition. Overall, it is in good condition and I would wear if if for not my weight shifting :). There are a couple of small flaws you can see in the photos, but you really have to look. Label says size 8, but it is not.
